We offer a variety of free food to help meet the nourishment needs of the participants in the Empowerment Program. Pre-made food bags are supplied to support a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) for about one week. Additional items are given to support larger families.
On Saturdays, we offer basic FREE medical care for community members.
Clients are NOT eligible for medical appointments if:
You have medical insurance,
Family Income more than 100% over the poverty level
1 Person: $11,880/year
Family of 4: $24,300/year
Call or stop by the office to schedule an appointment. Please show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please call the office if you are unable to keep your appointment, so we may offer your appointment time to someone else.
We have a large selection of clothing for babies, toddlers, children, teens, men and women. Styles include casual, business, and work attire.
Clothes are sometimes limited to a maximum number of items.

We educate and empower those enrolled in the Empowerment Program. We regularly offer FREE basic computer classes and FREE financial management classes.
